EVENING MEALS

After a day exploring and enjoying Normandy relax at our B&B and enjoy a mouth watering evening meal as our guests. We use vegetables, herbs and fruit from our garden and change our menu's to take advantage of seasonal food. We also provide vegetarian meals.

Chicken & Brie

Chicken breast filled with leeks and brie. Wrapped in smoked bacon. Served with courgettes and tomatoes baked on a bed of onions and garlic


 


Baked Salmon

Salmon steak baked on asparagus with lemon caper sauce
Served with vegetables in puff pastry boxes

 


Stuffed Beef Tomatoes

Beef tomatoes filled with tuna and feta cheese
Served with taboule

 


Pork & Pears

Pork chops cooked with shallots and pears
Served with honey and blue cheese mushrooms and rice

Lemon Cheesecake

Mascarpone cheese flavoured with lemon juice on a honey biscuit base.


 


Caramalised Oranges

Fresh meringue bases topped with creme freche and caramalised oranges


 



Creme Brulee

Baked custard with crispy sugar top


 


Fruit Pastries

Depending on the season we use our own apples, pears and figs for our French pastries.
